Bright and comfortable holiday home built in Scandinavian style in OstseeStrandpark Grömitz from 2011. The house is furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, which is in open connection with the dining / living room and thus provides a good floor plan and optimal use of space. The sunny, south-facing wooden terrace invites to cozy barbecue evenings with the family. There is good garden furniture and a canvas. After a long day at the beach or a walk on the dike you can relax in the house. On cool days, the bio-fireplace (with ethanol) provides a comfortable warmth in the dining / living room. Here you can relax on the sofa. From both bedrooms direct access to the bathroom. There is underfloor heating for cold winter days. For the little guests there is a cot and high chair. The house is a good starting point for a versatile family holiday with e.g. cycling, horse riding, swimming at the beach or in the water park, golf games and shopping and promenade in Grömitz with the cozy streets and the impressive beach promenade not to mention the beautiful marina with the winding harbor quay.
